Windsor is a popular destination and can often be busy.  So this year G12 Europe has partnered with the Royal Windsor Information Centre to find the best accommodation in and around Windsor for you.  A number of hotel bedrooms have been reserved for conference delegates with favourable rates for all types of budget.

The rooms listed all offer guaranteed availability and are within a short distance of Windsor Race Course.  It is important that you book your accommodation as early as possible, as nearer the conference date hotels will be releasing these rooms back to the general public.
