Highlights

Highlights include: inspiring preaching from Pastors César & Claudia Castellanos, and Pastors Peter & Mirtha Hornung (Agua Viva Church, Lima, Peru), worship from teams around the UK, ‘G12 Kidz’ children’s programme, crèche facilities with live video link up to meetings, youth sessions, pastors meeting, bookshop, translation facilities (see below) and a special chill-out area and café.

G12 Kidz

Following the success of last year, G12 Kidz is returning bigger and better than ever! G12 Kidz is an exciting children’s conference for 5 to 11 year olds which will be running alongside most of the adult sessions. We are busy preparing an action packed programme that we believe will be one of the highlights of your child’s half term.

When & Where

The conference is being held at Central Hall Westminster, Storey's Gate, Westminster, London, SW1H 9NH. It starts the evening of Thursday 25th October and ends the evening of Saturday 27th October. Central Hall Westminster is a unique and historic building, centrally positioned across the road from Westminster Abbey and The Houses of Parliament.

Programme

The conference will open on Thursday evening at 7pm and end at 10pm. The sessions on Friday & Saturday will run from about 9:30am - 9:30pm with plenty of breaks & optional seminars.

Is this Conference for me?

If your church is currently working with the G12 vision or you are simply interested in finding out more then this conference is an ideal opportunity to meet with God, meet with other pastors and churches and learn more about G12.

Conference Fees

Please note: fees are for conference only and do not include accommodation or food. Bookings are online only. We are unable to process your booking without full registration details and full payment. Concessions are only valid with current student ID or ‘proof of benefit’ documentation which must be brought with you to the registration desk on the first day of the conference in order for you to collect your conference pack & wristband. Children aged 5-11who will not be attending G12 Kidz and who will therefore be occupying an adult seat in the main conference will need to pay full price.

How to Book

1. Visit the book now page & book your tickets

Please be sure to read the terms & conditions. All bookings for the conference have to be made online.

Please note that as part of the booking process for G12 Kidz, an online consent form is required to be completed by the parent or legal guardian.Children under 5 are free of charge and do not require a consent form.

2. Check your email

You will receive two emails; a receipt of your payment from PayPal (for your records) and an E-ticket from G12 Europe (which you must bring with you to the conference). If you have not received anything within 48 hours of booking, please contact us.

3. Register at the conference

Present a printed copy of your E-ticket, together with a valid form of identification (driving license, credit card etc.) at the conference registration desk to register and collect your wristband and conference pack.

Please note: It's not necessary for groups or families that have booked together to register together, as long as each member has a copy of the email. Children under 12 must be accompanied by the adult responsible for them during the conference at the time of registration.

Accommodation

Hotels in this area are often heavily booked in advance, so it is a good idea to reserve your room as early as possible. There are a range of options to suit different budgets and requirements. Also included is a list of hotels where we have been able to secure preferential rates for conference delegates.

Languages

Please note that all adult sessions will be in English and Spanish. If you require translation into any other language, it will cost £30 per person for the entire conference. You or your group must request this in writing to conference@g12europe.com prior to 15th October 2007. Please note: limited languages are available, and only in the main sessions. G12 Kidz will be in English only - translation is not available for these sessions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Registration constitutes permission to use images of you for the purposes of official G12 Europe publicity or artwork.
2. The organisers reserve the right to change any details of the programme without prior notice, and have the final say on any matter relating to the event.
3. Please be aware that the worship sessions will contain live music, strobe lighting and other live special effects. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects caused by this.
4. In case of cancellation, no refunds will be made. However you may transfer your registration to another person. Email conference@g12europe.com to inform us.
5. To obtain concessionary price, students & unemployed MUST bring with them a valid student ID card or proof of benefit. For those in full time education aged 12 - 18, proof of age may be required. Concessions are only valid with such documents. Failure to produce them at the conference will invoke the full price.
6. Personal information is protected and will not be given to any third parties.
